обожаю и делаю часто.
Brownies
250 g unsalted butter
250 g dark chocolate broken in pieces
550 g icing sugar
5 eggs
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
100 g flour
50 g flour with baking powder
50 g cocoa powder
50 g dark bitter chocolate (in small pieces) √ optional
Grease baking tray 20 by 30 by 30 cm (these measures are recommended). Cover the tray with baking paper.
In a small pan put together butter and chocolate, melt them at a low temperature on the cooker, transfer to a big bowl. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder and bitter chocolate (the latter optional). Pour the mixture into the tray. Bake for about 45 min or until ready. Cool in the baking form. When cooled, turn the form upside down, but the brownies on a wooden board, remove the paper, and cut into squares and then each square into triangles.
Serve with ice cream or hot chocolate sauce (for sauce mix 125 ml cream and 150 dark chocolate and bring to melt).
Brownies keep for a day or so in the fridge. Can be frozen.
