My favourite book is "Gone with the wind", I've already read it more than 5 times

I've read Agota Kristof "Notebook" and two other parts of that trilogy in ERbnglish (I found only first part in Russian on lib.ru). That was shoking! The impression is further enhanced by very simple English (immitating children writing). Cool.

Hi,
The last book, I've read in English was About a Boy by Nick Hornby. I really enjoyed it, in my opinion it's much better than the movie based on the book. I know the one with Hugh Grant...
The book about English punctuation rules by Eats, Shoots and Leaves by Lynne Truss is very funny as well, despite being a book on such a dry topic

Hey! My favorate books are the detective stories. Now i've reading "Last-seen alive" by D.Simpson. A seamless crime story... It isn't easy reading, a play on words is so depressing from time to time... But it's the rignt reading for them who would like to be more alive his passive English.

I can recommend "A Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burgess. There are some funny words but it's OK :)
