Как вам такое reference letter для немецкого рынка труда? Написано на англ и писал швед, так что могут быть ошибки, но меня больше интересует как оно смотрится?

Additionally, as a senior specialist she supervised the content team by conducting the quality checks to ensure that the developed materials are up to the set standards. To conclude, ЧЧЧ was instrumental in shaping and developing the entire course offer and her performance was exceptional.
ЧЧЧ has excellent communication and organizational skills. She is very methodical, reliable, and efficient, requires little supervision to deliver excellent results. In addition, she is very creative and original providing out-of-the-box solutions to arising issues. ЧЧЧ is a pleasure to work with, she is very amiable, friendly, and supportive, especially to her team members, eager to help and share her experience.
I believe her experience, knowledge, and personal skills would be a tremendous asset to any company and has my highest recommendation.

тут у вас не сильно много то что подправить нужно, в целом коротко и четко, я бы сказал тезисно очень, но я люблю красивую стилистику... типа что бы ах...
но это на любителя...
хотя в некоторых местах уж совсем сухо и неочень.... но это мое восприятие... мне бы было скучно

разумеется, кое-где суховато сформулировано, но как я напишу мокро, если мне неизвестны истоки? я опираюсь только на прочитанное и пишу то, что вижу, иначе будет отсебятина.

ну вот мне это кое где было интересно. Project Manager мой оч старался правда когда писал, это в Германии секретный код есть, а у них нет, просто если уже пишут reference letter то они уже одним этим рекомендуют человека.
мне все понравилось как у вас написано, но я не знаю немецкого работадателя если чесно.
