A leading international high tech firm in is seeking a competent Assistant to join their team in Munich and provide first class support to a team of Executives. If you are a professional and confident Assistant, with secretarial skills and fluent Russian please read on!
The role:
You will assist a busy and professional team of Executives. Every day will offer a new challenge and your tasks will include:
╥ Diary management
╥ Correspondence in English and Russian
╥ Translations
╥ Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
╥ Responsibility for co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements
╥ Various projects e.g. planning events, research
Requirements:
This is a varied role and you will need to be able to prioritise your workload well. I am hoping to hear from Assistants who have gained some secretarial experience. To succeed in this role you will also have:
╥ Excellent Russian, English and German
╥ Intercultural skills of the Russian Market
╥ MS office skills
╥ Be communicative, focused and reliable

у нас есть похожие т╦теньки в отделе, короче им нужен мальчик на побегушках для обслуживания команды, работающей с Россией и, возможно, с англоязычной страной (основной оффис?).
переводить входящие на англ/нем, и исходящие на рус. всякие термины/заказы отелей, презентации и готовить кофе для гостей.
