Пробовал AptiStock ,потом Stock Screener Lite ,ничего не понравилось,все какое то "дубовое",перешeл обратно наYahho Finanse и MSN Money .Но надежды не теряю,буду еще искать.

Бесплатно врядли чего хорошего найдешь. Если хватает end of day данных, тогда посмотри VisualChart http://www.visualchart.com. Многих индексов и акций не хватает, особенно японских, но европейские и американские почти все есть.
