но тут дело принципа: verkäufer на все мои сообщения и открытые Fälle, реагирует двумя сообщениями по очереди:

I just check with the paypal and found that our fund is freezing so we can't refund you through ebay case.Much sorry for the inconvenience again And would you mind to close this dispute, then open a paypal case and escalate it for chargeback?
