It's a matter of practice, actually. I have to do it at school, so I have no real choice. And if you ask me, I don't think it's something unusual, since thousands of people have to use different foreign languages at the same time even more often than I do. So this ability is nothing extraordinary and everybody can learn to switch between different languages very easily.
