Well, I▓d say you are a way too modest. 
I cannot evaluate your speaking abilities but you can definitely write freely and understandable.
There are a couple of mistakes, really minor ones. For example, in this context it▓s better to say ⌠mistakes■ instead of ⌠faults■. And certainly ⌠to be able to write and speak■ instead of ⌠to can■.
What about me? The idea of the forum came by itself. I am really fond of English, more than of any other language I speak. So I thought it would be nice to have some people around who share my hobby
