In summary, key requirements include:
∙ Responsible for the WBS, Detailed Project Schedule, JDDP
∙ Customer Interface, Risk & Opportunity Management
∙ Project Improvement Management, Project Launch, Change Management and Contractual Obligation Management
∙ Budget allocation and monitoring
Qualifications:
∙ Good ability to negotiate
∙ Understanding of complex technical and commercial issues
∙ Strategic thinker
∙ Ability to interface with different cultures
∙ Fluency in Russian and English, German is an advantage
