Для разговорного английского подойдет только тет-а-тет или с преподавателем, или так называемый тандем (англ.-русский, англ.-немецкий). Много возможности найти сейчас он-лайн уроки с преподавателем по скайпу. Стоит иногда не очень дорого или не стоит вообще. Вот, нашла у себя, здесь можно найти и прикладные занятия и возможность пообщаться:
BBC- has great resources for British English. They actually have an English course for free. I haven't used it and I don't know much about it but it is worth looking at. This is free.

The English Club- This is great for specific needs. There is a search tool for problem areas. This is a website for both teachers and students so make sure you use the student search page, the teacher's will be confusing. Good for business English.

I Can Say- For Pronunciation practice. This is free.
http://itcansay.com/
English 1010- This is more advanced. This would be used to find new phrases and expressions that native English speakers use. There are many lessons that you can choose from. This is free.

Effortless English - This is a list of different Podcasts that you can download to listen to. This is a higher level and has a variety of topics.
Not a lot of business English. Not sure how much it costs.

English Mate - This is great for listening, reading, and vocabulary comprehension. You can download a lesson, and they send you an email for activities related to the lesson. It is very good. Not sure of the price.

http://www.learnenglish.de/englishchat.htm - Looks like a good speaking one. there is an instructor and different topics on different days. It is free but I do not the technology involved in using it.
http://www.eslhome.com/esl/speak/sites/ - this is a link to different sites used mainly for pronunciation not necessarily conversation.
http://owl.english.purdue.edu/handouts/esl/eslstudent.html#courses - very large list of different websites used for grammar, vocabulary, and everything else. It's a good starting point for finding a good site.
http://www.primarygames.com/ - For Children! Couldn't remember how old your daughter was, I hope this isn't to low of a level.
http://www.tvokids.com/ - For children! Lots of activities and games
http://www.esl-lab.com/ - Great for listening comprehension. good for all levels of English.
Хорошего вам всем английского!
