During that time ЧЧЧ direct responsibilities included:
• concept development for the training course
• outlining product specifications
• closely work with various ЧЧЧ Committee functions to gather key stakeholder requirements for product development, conduct needs analysis and establish specific needs of the client for the learning course
• organization and set-up of e-learning materials production (resource allocation, scheduling, outline of production milestones, production project plan)
• training of the content production team
• quarterly presentations of learning materials development progress and results at ЧЧЧ
• concept development and production of the printed phrasebook for ЧЧЧ
Additionally, as a senior specialist she supervised the content team by conducting the quality checks to ensure that the developed materials are up to the set standards. To conclude, ЧЧЧ was instrumental in shaping and developing the entire course offer and her performance was exceptional.
ЧЧЧ has excellent communication and organizational skills. She is very methodical, reliable, and efficient, requires little supervision to deliver excellent results. In addition, she is very creative and original providing out-of-the-box solutions to arising issues. ЧЧЧ is a pleasure to work with, she is very amiable, friendly, and supportive, especially to her team members, eager to help and share her experience.
