Мrs. XXX started working in my team in January 2011 and she was involved in project XXX. Her main duty spectrum encompassed development management of English learning matter, which has been declared as a sub-project in project XXX. Mrs. XXX finished her work in January 2012.
Her responsibilities included:
• concept development for the training course
• outlining product specifications
• closely work with various ЧЧЧ Committee functions to gather key stakeholder requirements for product development, conduct needs analysis and establish specific needs of the client for the learning course
• organization and set-up of e-learning materials production (resource allocation, scheduling, outline of production milestones, production project plan)
• training of the content production team
• quarterly presentations of learning materials development progress and results at ЧЧЧ
• concept development and production of the printed phrasebook for ЧЧЧ
Additionally, as a senior specialist she supervised the team by conducting the quality checks to ensure that the developed materials are up to the set standards. Mrs. XXX instrumentally shaped and developed the entire course offer and brought excellent performance.
Mrs.XXX has excellent communication and organizational skills. She is very methodical, reliable, and efficient, deliveres allways efficient results. In addition, she is very creative and original providing out-of-the-box solutions to arising issues. Mrs.XXX is very amiable, friendly, and supportive, especially to her team members, eager to help and share her experience.
I am conviced that her experience, knowledge, and personal skills would be a tremendous asset to any company.
