а если в турции ,ест такая фирма GTZ, их представителства ест везде,я сама работала в московском представителстве,ест и в баку и во многих странах мира,я посмотрела на их странице,там стоит вакансия в турции,там всегда очен интересная и хорошооплачиваемая работа,может бит там попробоват.

The project
The overall objective of the project is to support the capacity building within central, regional and local administrations, to prepare them fort he implementation of economic and social cohesion measures in line with the pNDP/Coherence Strategic Framework (CSF) and Operational Programmes (OPs) and to prepare Turkey for absorption of future Structural Funds.
Your tasks
Strengthening the existing capacity for the effective management of the pNDP/CSF and OPs in central and regional levels and improve the capacity for the preparation for the structures designed in IPA.
Training activities Basics:
- Project preparation e.g.: Logical Framework Matrix, Stakeholder analysis, Analysing of problems trees, Objective analysis, Developing of strategies, Formulation Phase, Drafting of project fiches and ToR
- Procurement procedures e.g.: National public procurement in Turkey, European public procurement directives, Principles, Objectives, Procedures, EU Financial Regulation, Introduction: PRAG
- EU-funding e.g.: EU-Funds, focus: Structural and Cohesion Funds, EU Financial Regulation, EU-External Assistance, EU-Pre-Accession Funds (IPA)
Training activities Intermediate:
- Key elements of Project Cycle Management e.g.: from project idea to project application, Project Identification, Project Development, Project Applications, Presentation of own Project application, Overview: Programming for IPA and EU-Community)
- Procurement procedures e.g.: PRAG-Training, Procurement of Services, Supplies and Works in EUfinanced programmes and projects, From procurement notice to award of contract, Preparation of the Tender Dossier/ tender documents, Focus: Drafting technical specifications and ToR
- EU-funding e.g.: EU-Pre-Accession Funds (IPA), Community Programmes 2007 - 2013, Cross-border- and trans-national Cooperation under
the new regulations, Procedures, Project Applications under the different programmes
Training activities Advanced:
- Procet preparation e.g.: Preparation and implementation of Large-Scale Infrastructure projects, EIA, Pre-Feasibility Studies and other supporting documents, Planning of Processes
Managing of activities, Financing of projects, Financial control according to SF-regulations, Project budget
- Procurement procedures e.g.: Contract management under centralised and decentralised management of EU funds
- EU-funding e.g.: Role and functions of IFI, Focus EIB, Public-Private Partnership
- Train-the-trainers: Trainer Skills, Presentation & communication theory, Trainer's role, style and conduct, Methodology and Didactics, Seminar concepts, Types of methods, Choreography of a Training, Use of Methods in an seminar
Your qualifications
- university degree in relevant areas
- broad experience as facilitator
- training experience in the relevant area of expertise.
Duration
training modules 1-2 weeks (period from 12/06 to 12/07), training will be held in Ankara and other regions
