по прошествии 2-х месяцев я у них 2 недели пыталась выяснить,в чём дело...потом мне ответили:

A3342 EWZ50:00652538 do not exist, it will need a letter after EWZ50 should be between A-K and a number from 1-50. If you gave me a name I could try to find it that way.
